THIS IS TO DEFINE THE EXACT LIMIT(Benchmark AP) ANY CHARACTER WILL HAVE MAXIMUM ON ANY ABILITY AP STAT BEING A HUMAN BEING WHICH INCLUDES (HOMO-MAGI OR ANY HOMO TYPE(NOT KIDDING BY THE WAY)JUST BEFORE BECOMING SUPERHUMAN*(THIS INCLUDES MUTANTS/METAS THAT DO NOT HAVE PHYSICAL OR MENTAL SUPERHUMAN POWERS)
