Yeah, this is true but I will give you an introduction to a player character I have recently encountered. They have a Fighter1/Wizard5/ShadowDancer2 and they are running around with a +1 Tower Shield made from Adam or Mithral. They hide in plain sight and take advantage of full cover behind his tower shield. I believe it will soon become animated to lesten the load and keep all the advantages. I thought this would be a deadly combination as the pc gains excelent benefits from taking cover behind a shield that wont ever get sundered based on the adventures I've seen. I beleive I've already recommended a locked gauntlet and Eldrich Knight for all his remaining levels.

Wow, I never thought of that, cast a spell then move and hide. He also has the option of fighting. It is amazing what cheezing out can do. I'll admit I don't sit there and read the books enough to do that.
There are lies, damned lies and statistics.

First God created idiots, he was just getting started, then he created Wizards of the Coast 4e Dnd.
