How far away is Red Hook from the old Brooklyn Navy Yard? The Navy Yard has seen little use since 1970. When the USS Intrepid museum was given an overhaul, she was towed to New Jersey for electrical work, scraping, body work, and fresh paint.

T'Challa will not buying any weapons or armaments as they could be interpreted as a threat and then we get problems with Governments and Secret Agencies. Besides I already have several hidden armaments throughout NY. Mostly just shuttles or the equivalent of Quinjets.

I was thinking more of the existing structures-drydocks large enough for freighters and ships up to 900 feet long.
