KNOWN POWERS:
Infravision: The Black Panther has EX20 infravision and can see well even on moonless nights. However, he cannot see in absolute darkness.

Enhanced Senses: The Black Panther has Incredible Sight, Hearing, and Smell. Use this rank instead of Intuition to discover clues, spot items and determine initiative (in the case of Hearing). These extra-ordinary senses are more vulnerable to attack and as such these attacks are at +1CS. Examples of such
attacks include bright lights for sight, sonic attacks for hearing. traps activated by touch, or knock-out gases for smell.

DT19/Tracking Ability: The Black Panther's keenly-honed senses give him Amazing Tracking ability. Outdoors, he can follow a trail up to 12 hours after it was made; in a city environment, the time limit is 6 hours.

Costume: Because of his dark costume, the Black Panther is hard to detect in darkness or dim light. Opponents take a 2CS penalty to their Intuition checks when trying to spot him.
Vibranium Microweave Mesh: In his Panther costume provides EX20 protection from physical or energy damage. AM50 protection against concussive force attacks (sonics, shock waves, force beams, etc.). The microweave robs incoming objects of their momentum; bullets do not ricochet off but simply fall to the ground when they come in contact with the weave). Likewise, the Panther cannot be stabbed; however, like Kevlar, it can be cut if you cut along the grain of the webbing, but cannot be punctured conventionally by blunt force. Additionally, several hidden weapons and equipment are found within including, but not limited to Sleep Gas (IN40), smoke bombs, explosives, lock picks, transmitters, and bugs. These are as per the standard equipment with the exception of being extremely compact. Mask Lenses and Filters: Fitted with lenses to augment his already superhumanly enhanced natural senses. These provided RM30 ranked Infravision, allow him to see in total darkness, as well as Protected Senses (Sight and Smell). Cloaking Technology: Built within the suit utilize an image inducer of Remarkable rank. The cloak can be elongated, shortened or eliminated with a thought, and the entire costume can be covered allowing it to pass as normal street clothes. The suit also provides Remarkable rank blending with shadows and in dim light. It provides Incredible protection against other physical or energy attacks, and these can Stun or Slam the Black Panther. The clawed gauntlet provide Incredible (40) Edge, though he rarely does more than EX20 (20) damage to living beings, and +1CS Slugfest damage. Made of Antarctic Vibranium-based "Anti-Metal" that can break down most metals at the molecular level. On contact all metals are required to make a Material FEAT or be dissolved.

Vibranium Energy-Dampening Boots (VEDB): Cabable of creating varying fields from the Vibranium in the molded soles of the boots, enabling Panther to survive a fall off buildings up to 8 stories tall and land without injury. The energy claws are intangible and are therefore capable of Phasing through materials of IN40 material strength as well as Disrupting Electronics at Power Rank Intensity. This includes materials that are normally impervious due to force fields or Class 1000 materials (such as Captain America's shield or Thor's hammer). All uses of his power require a successful power FEAT roll.

Through an act of will, Madison Jeffries can "phase into" the humanoid robotic body called Box in order to control it from within. The Box robotic body is principally composed of a "lining metal," whose exact nature has not been revealed. Jeffries mentally controls Box from within its body, and he can perceive whatever its sensors perceive. Although Jeffries cannot actually feel physical pain while within Box, his psychic link with Box is so strong that he can feel psychic pain of enough force is inflicted upon Box. The Box armor is entered by physically merging the user’s body into the living metal. This merging takes 1 round. Damage to the Box armor inflicts psychic anguish, but no real damage, to the wearer. Catastrophic damage (loss of a limb), results in unconsciousness for use, Red Psyche FEAT roll to avoid. There is a danger of living beings being trapped within the Box armor. Make an Endurance FEAT roll for every hour above three to allow the user to leave the Box armor. This limitation does not apply to those without physical bodies. Only Jeffries may physically merge with his armor. While in the Box robot, Jeffries cannot use these powers.

Robot (Box): The Box armor has Amazing (50) protection against physical and energy attacks, Monstrous against heat, cold, and radiation. Jeffries can manipulate the metal fabric of the Box robot for a wide variety of effects. The following powers can only be used while in the Box armor.
* Flight: Box flies by means of jet thrusters in the legs, and can fly at Incredible speed (300 mph in air, 4000 mph in space). As a weapon, the boots inflict Remarkable damage.

3) Matter Creation: Can create "common items" (usually clothes) in Limbo and bring those items to Earth. One of my magical abilities. Not to unbalance the game, but clothes should be a freebie if I agree to stay away from conjuring crazy resource enhancing items (such as pure gold nuggets to sell) or secondary adamantium weapons (an UN material easily available to the Sorceress Supreme of Limbo).Permanent clothing has already been shown in the New Mutants during the "Mutant Massacre"-Moira was provided clothing more appropriate to a biker rally than a doctor, but it was better than running around naked in Limbo.
