Remember the book and page you found that you can wake a sleeping character. I still haven't found it. If you can post the book, page number, and the paragraph where this is found I would appreciate it. :D

Would you believe that wotc said a direct reversal when I asked them about this. They said the only way to wake a sleeping character is through his save at the end of characters round. The sleep spell, the Oni night hunter, and the beholder all have sleep affects that in no way you can wake the victom, but by their save at the end of the round. That's it. :D
