Postby Dwraith » Tue Oct 07, 2008 5:32 pm

We are excited to announce the location and dates for D&D Experience 2009! D&D Experience is the only official Wizards of the Coast show that is all about Dungeons & Dragons. It’s the place to be for sneak peeks of new product offerings, face-to-face chats with R&D staff, and premiere RPGA adventures. We will have a full slate of Living Forgotten Realms adventures for characters of all heroic-tier levels (with new adventures premiering at levels 7-10), as well as a D&D Miniatures Championship event.

Here are the details:

January 29 - February 1, 2009
Grand Wayne Convention Center
Fort Wayne, IN 46802

Hotel rooms will be available at a special rate at the Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center starting on October 6, 2008. Rates are as follows:

$109 per night for single or double occupancy
$119 per night for triple or quad occupancy

To book a room on or after October 6, http://www.wizards.com/leaving.asp?url=http://www1.hilton.com/en_US/hi/hotel/FWAFHHF-Hilton-Fort-Wayne-at-the-Grand-Wayne-Convention-Center-Indiana/index.do&origin=rpga_news_20081002.

I will probably be going... though annoyed its in Fort Wayne. Liked it was in DC area, many friends there... plus NOT in the middle of nowhere. Granted, probably much more expensive for WotC and everyone else.
