The Summoning 2007

Postby Highmoon » Tue Aug 28, 2007 1:35 am

So, December is just around the corner. Is this happening this year? I'd like to plan with ample time, and possibly run games as well, not to mention podcast from the con.

If there is interest in Star Wars, d20 Modern, or Miniatures Gaming, please let me know. Willing to run some if the players are confirmed.

I'm gonna offer to run some indie/story games. I think I can get some other folks to come down and run more of those as well.

And as I said, I'll be podcasting from the con.

I'm kinda new to this side of the gaming world, but I think I could run Spirit of the Century well, as well as Primetime Adventures. I brought back a number of games from Gen Con I'm gonna be going over, and as I said, I can probably call up some folks who are more well-versed in story games than me who could lend a hand.

Wow, cool. Any information on either game system? Linkage, please?

Hey, Ralph, The Godfather of DnD in Miami,. Is there any info on the con already? Dates, times, venue all would be needed so I can plan. Also costs for customer issues (tickets, badges, etc) and for vendor/exhibitor stuff.

Also, who's running the show now? Is there a board where you guys discuss behind-the-scenes con matters? I would like to be a bit more involved, but so far can't even find the con's website.

If anything you can also email me. Take care!

Willing to offer bandwidth to this over on http://maidenshead.com or if you like I could create a sub-domain or directory for you (summoning.maidenshead.com or maidenshead.com/summoning)... You know just typing that was... Well never mind, I'll keep it PG.

It looks like we have a con shaping up in here.

So, when is it? And where?

Yes, I am annoying. ;)
