What a suprise

Ok

the first gameday at outland was a success!! we have three tables (one 1st level table of taboo.. run by the man coldstone.. and two mid/high level tables of D.D.)

Thanks again for the good turnout, also remember that if you want ANY PCI books, ask them and they will order them for you... hell they will carry them in stock...

Well maybe I am over-extending myself a bit by saying this but I was
VERY suprised with the mod we did this past Sunday. It actually
referenced back to one of the first LA mods and the only one that I have
written called "Songs That Stir The Darkest Hearts" - I honestly thought
that would never happen. I have to admit that I felt a major tug of
joyful nostalgia but also a bit of sadness but I'd prefer not to think about
the latter. Still, to know that my mod is still kicking around in someones
thoughts in any way was kind of special. It made me remember that LA
was the campaign that put my foot in the door and no matter what, I am
eternally grateful. Writing for LA is not easy - to know and remember
that I was able to do so was/is kind of cool.

The only drawback to the game day Peter was the noise level and the
degree of distraction. It was tough hearing what was said alot of the
times and we kept going off on tangents but some of that falls on us.
We need to focus better as players but still the noise level was a little
more than I could handle at times.

The mod itself was pretty good and it left on a good cliffhanger. On a
brighter note, my PC now does not have to worry about getting beaten
up and locked away in shackles when entering Seremas anymore. ;)

No, not really. It was just a trip down memory lane. You know me
Albert, most of the time I'm not afraid to say what I feel. Like I said,
it was cool.
