Time to get organized!

Postby chainsaw_derelct » Tue Aug 22, 2006 1:06 pm

Hey all,

Your friendly neighborhood lurker here... Anyone interested in actually organizing the SFGA into something more than a category on this board? Anyone interested in herding the kittens that are gamers in South Florida?

How about getting together to do something about it?

Any takers? Any nay-sayers? Any shop support?

I would love to organize some type of game days for people with various games however SFGA is owned as a company i do believe so whatever I would start would be a different organization if i did.

Fine by me! But really, let's get some organized game days (both RPGA & non-RPGA stuff) running regularly... Let's say once a month at...

Um... Well... Are there options?

Found the option!!! Running events monthly at Alpha & Omega Entertainment in Homestead. Yes, it's a bit of a drive, but I'm willing to carpool!

Currently planning:
-> One-shot L5R with the option for a campaign
-> Warmachine demos
-> Campaign on alternating weeks.
