Which is better for a Rogue?

I have never played a rogue in 3.0 or higher. However, the most popular between the two is spring attack. I guess ending your turn away from the creature after hitting it is nice.
There are lies, damned lies and statistics.

First God created idiots, he was just getting started, then he created Wizards of the Coast 4e Dnd.
